Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is based upon weight of products and shipping address for all products. Classes and items that say free shipping are exempt from this.

Q: Is X item in stock?
A: We run a live inventory on this website, so if you can add it to cart it is available and ready for purchase.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return unopened undamaged product within 10 days of receiving it. You need to contact us for a return authorization prior to return or your item will not be accepted. You will have to cover the return shipping cost and there will be a 15% restocking fee.  Contact Us

Q: What if my order is damaged when I receive it?
A: Immediately take a picture of the item and contact us and we will handle the situation accordingly and get you a replacement if possible. Contact Us

Q: Should I take TECC or TCCC?
A: TECC is designed for civilian providers. TECC has more appropriate terminology, evacuation platforms and patient population (pediatrics and geriatrics) that TCCC does not cover. TCCC is designed for military providers in combat situations.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for classes?
A: You can cancel your attendance at a class three weeks (21 days) prior to the class date with full credit (not refund) towards another class date. We have to submit class rosters and pay for certifications prior to class start date. If you are within the three week period and we have not submitted the class roster we will be flexible. However, if the class roster is already submitted we will credit 50% of the class price towards another class or date for you. If Odin Medical cancels the class we will do so 1 month prior to the class date and you will receive credit towards another date or a 100% refund. We are not responsible for any travel or lodging costs.
